Refund Policy

At Sazone Lab LLC, all sales are final. Our food is made fresh to order, and due to its perishable nature, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order — such as a missing item or a quality concern — it must be reported immediately at the time of service so we can assess and address it on the spot. Requests made after the fact may not be honored.
We handle all concerns in good faith and may, at our sole discretion, offer a fix, replacement, or credit if appropriate.
